Your First Visit
When you come for your first appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

A referral letter from your GP or specialist (please note that GP referrals are valid for 12 months and specialist referrals are valid for 3 months)

Any pathology or imaging results that are relevant to the medical issue you are coming to see the doctor about

Your Medicare and Private Health Insurance information
